DAY 1: FLIGHT TO KRAKOW
Get ready for an amazing spiritual journey as
you depart for the beautiful city of Krakow,
Poland! Adventure awaits you!
DAY 2: WELCOME TO KRAKOW
Upon your arrival in Krakow, you’ll meet our
warm and friendly tour escort and driver. After
a delightful lunch, we’ll visit the International
Shrine of Spirituality, a special place
inaugurated by Pope John Paul II. Then, we’ll
check into our comfy hotel for the evening,
followed by a lovely dinner and a restful night
in Krakow.
DAY 3: DISCOVER KRAKOW
Today is all about exploring the rich history
of Krakow! We’ll visit remarkable sites like the
Wawel Cathedral and Castle, the Archbishop’s
Palace, St. Mary’s Church, Collegium Maius,
and the vibrant Old Town Market Square.
After a day lled with inspiration, enjoy dinner
and relax for the night at your hotel in Krakow.
DAY 4: KRAKÓW / CZESTOCHOWA /
AUSCHWITZ
Well embark on a moving excursion to
Czestochowa to tour the Black Madonna
Shrine and celebrate mass at the Chapel of
the Black Madonna. Our journey continues to
Auschwitz, where well honor the memory of
St. Maximilian Kolbe. You’ll return to Kraków
for a comforting dinner and another peaceful
night at your hotel.
DAY 5: KRAKÓW / LAGIEWNIKI /
WADOWICE
Today, we’ll visit the Divine Mercy Shrine
in Lagiewniki—the beloved home of Saint
Faustina. We’ll celebrate mass at the Chapel
of Relics, then head to Wadowice, the
birthplace of Pope John Paul II. Well wrap up
the day with dinner and a cozy stay in Krakow.
DAY 6: KRAKOW / VELEHRAD / BRNO
Our adventure takes us to the Czech Republic!
Well stop in Velehrad to visit the shrine
dedicated to Sts. Cyril and Methodius, the
missionaries who brought Christianity to this
beautiful region. Later, we’ll continue to Brno,
where well check into our hotel for the night,
excited for what’s to come!
DAY 7: BRNO / PRAGUE
Exciting day ahead! Well explore Brno,
visiting the stunning Town Hall, the Cathedral
of St. Peter and Paul, and the Motherhouse
of the Mercy Sisters. Afterward, well head to
Prague to see the Shrine of Loreto, check into
our cozy hotel, and enjoy a delicious dinner
before a restful overnight stay.
DAY 8: PRAGUE
Get ready for an exciting day in Prague! We’ll
start at St. Vitus Cathedral and explore Prague
Castles history. As we stroll through Mala
Strana, we’ll admire its stunning architecture.
Next, well visit the Church of Our Lady
Victorious to see the Infant Jesus of Prague.
After mass, well head to the lively Old Town
Square to see the astronomical clock. We’ll
end the day with dinner and a comfortable
overnight stay at our hotel.
DAY 9: PRAGUE / MILAN
This morning, we’ll visit the beautiful Church of
St. Nicholas before heading to the airport for
our ight to Milan. Upon arrival, we’ll transfer

DAY 10: MILAN / TURIN
Today, we’ll explore iconic Milan, visiting
the stunning Duomo di Milano and the
chic Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. Then,
well head to Turin for Mass at St. John
Bosco and, if time permits, view the
Shroud of Turin at the Cathedral of St.
John the Baptist. After checking into our
hotel, well enjoy dinner and a peaceful
night in Turin.
DAY 11: TURIN / SIENA
Let’s travel to the charming city of Siena!
Well visit the Saint Francis Basilica,
an essential site of the Eucharistic
Miracle, where we’ll celebrate Mass. Our
exploration continues at the Basilica
of St. Domenico, where well see the
treasured relics of St. Catherine of Siena
and admire the Duomo di Siena. After a
fullling day, we’ll enjoy dinner and cozy
overnight accommodations in Siena.

DAY 12: SIENA / ROME
Our journey takes us to the magnicent
city of Rome! Upon arrival, well visit the
historical St. Paul Outside the Walls,
followed by the beautiful St. Mary Major
and St. John in Lateran, where we’ll
celebrate Mass. After a day lled with
inspiration, we’ll enjoy dinner and stay
overnight at our hotel in Rome.
DAY 13: PAPAL AUDIENCE /
VATICAN / ST. PETER’S BASILICA
Prepare for an unforgettable day! Well
start early for the Papal Audience in St.
Peter’s Square, followed by a visit to
St. Peter’s Basilica for Mass. Our tour
includes the Vatican Museums and the
Sistine Chapel. If time permits, we may
explore the Trevi Fountain and Spanish
Steps before enjoying a farewell dinner.
Well retire to our hotel in Rome, lled
with joy and great memories.
DAY 14: DEPARTURE
It’s time to depart for the airport and
head home, cherishing the unforgettable
experiences we’ve shared together!

BOOKING CONDITIONS
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $300.00 per person is required at the time of booking.
No reservation will be processed without a deposit.
Payment Deadline: Full payment is due 06/06/25 (100 Days before departure). Late
registrations received after the deadline require an additional $100 (subject to availability).
If payment is not made in full 50 days prior to departure, your payments are non-refundable.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, checks, money orders, Zelle payments,
and ACH transactions. There is an additional 3% fee for each credit card transaction.
LATE PAYMENT POLICY
Customers will receive Late Fees if they are not paid in full:

30 days - day before departure subject to cancellation
Customers are also responsible for any difference in fare due to late payment (subject to
availability). Refusal to pay will be considered a cancellation.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
We hope that nothing will prevent you from taking your pilgrimage with Nativity Pilgrimage,
however, should you need to cancel your trip, your cancellation must be in writing via email
or letter. It will be effective on the date of receipt. The following cancellation fees will
apply:

Insurance premiums are non-refundable. We highly recommend purchasing travel
insurance to avoid these cancellation fees.

Nativity Pilgrimage, Inc. and their agents assume no liability or responsibility in regards to
travel in any form for any injuries or loss of property, accidents, delays, changes in schedule
or itinerary, incidental damages or any irregular circumstances. This would include, but not
limited to, default or omission by any third party providing services or facilities related to
and/or included in the tour or any part thereof.
The IATA carriers, steamship firms and other transportation companies, whose services are
featured in these tours, are not to be held responsible or accountable for any act, omission
or event during the time the passengers are not on board their respective conveyance.
The passage contract in use by these companies, when issued, shall constitute the sole
contract between the companies and the purchaser of these tours and/or passengers
and Nativity Pilgrimage, Inc. does not assume any liability or responsibility in connection
therewith. They are not responsible for any losses or additional expenses due to delay or
changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strike, war, guarantees, or other causes.
All such losses or expenses shall be borne by the passenger as tour rates provide for
arrangements only for the time stated. The right is reserved to substitute hotels of similar
quality to those specified in the itinerary. Nativity Pilgrimage reserves the right to cancel
any tour prior to departure. Refund details vary upon each trip. No refund will be made
for any used portion of the tour unless arrangements are made prior to departure from
the United States. Prices and itineraries are subject to change without notice if booking
conditions are not complied with.
YOUR PACKAGE INCLUDES
Air Transportation: Economy class and round-trip airfares are based on the time of the
reservation. Rates and times are subject to change without notice. Airfares, once issued, are
non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be used towards future travel.
Land Transportation: All land transportation as described in the itinerary will be by Deluxe
Motor Coach. Some may be equipped with Wi-Fi service.
Hotels: Your hotels will be first-class with double occupancy (2 people per room with a private
bath). Neither Nativity Pilgrimage nor the trip coordinator are responsible for providing a
roommate.
Meal Plan: The meal plan offers breakfast & dinner daily, unless otherwise stated.
Baggage: Nativity Pilgrimage limits all passengers to one (1) piece of checked luggage and
one (1) carry-on. All passengers should check with the airlines carriers for up to date baggage
weight and dimensions.
Airport Fees: Airport Taxes, Porterage, Fuel Surcharges and Security Fees
Medical Insurance: Coverage for the duration of your trip.

Cancellation Protection Plan: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance upon
registration.
Passport Expenses: Passports or any additional documents that may be required Passports
must be valid after 6 months of return date.
Personal Items: Laundry, other beverages (wines, liquors, mineral water, tea, coffee, etc.) and
food that are not on the menus of your included meal package, and any additional luggage.
Non-itinerary fees: Any sightseeing, other services, or personal items that are not specifically
mentioned as being included in the itinerary.
Extra food/beverage: You are responsible for any meals not specified in your itinerary.
Tips/Gratuities: Tips for tour guides, drivers, and wait staff for included meals.
GENERAL TRAVEL INFORMATION
Group Air: Group Air differs from individually purchasedairline tickets in that it is subject to
the terms and conditions of theairlines. For this reason, we need to receive your registration
and full payment by the payment deadline. After that date, registrations may be subject to a
different air rate, ticketing method, or ona different airline. Additional fees and charges may
apply. Group air ights are confirmed 60 - 90 days prior to departure.
Departure Cities: If your departure city is not listed on the brochure, indicate which airport
you would like to depart from on the registration form. We will provide you with the best
possible price and ight schedule in order to connect with the group. Additional fees and
charges may apply.
Land-Only Option: If you would like to book your own air travel, indicate on your registration
form that you want the ‘Land Only” option. By booking your own air, you may select your
seat, airline, and travel schedule, use airline miles/points, provide airline reward program
information, and make any special requests directly with the airline. No changes can be made
after thefinal payment deadline. Land-only services begin and end at the hotels unless you
are able to meet the group at the airport. Land-only travelers are responsible for their own
airport transfers.
IMPORTANT NATIVITY PILGRIMAGE POLICIES
The airline selects seat assignments for group air,not the tour operator. Seat upgrades are
available for registered travelers, by request. Quoted rates for an upgradeare subject to
change until payment is received. Some upgrades are not available until the group tickets
are issued.
Single Room: Tour price is based on double occupancy. If you’d like a single room, there is
an additional cost per person as specified on the registration form. Single rooms are limited
and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
Seat Upgrades: Once Nativity Pilgrimage receives an upgrade request, we will contact the
airlines to finalize your request. We cannot guarantee the acceptance of this request as it is
subject to availability and pricing (which changes daily).
Seat Location Requests: Once Nativity Pilgrimage receives a seat location request, we will
contact the airlines to finalize your request. We cannot guarantee acceptance of this request
as it is subject to availability and pricing (which changes daily).
Other Special Requests: Once Nativity Pilgrimage receives a special request, such as a
wheelchair, food, etc., we will contact the airlines to finalize your request. We cannot guarantee
