Sacrament of Baptism - Baptisms are celebrated at 12:00 PM every 2nd and 3rd Sundays of month, immediately following the
11:00 AM Mass. Parents must meet with Deacon Diep Nguyen before the child is baptized. Please call Deacon Nguyen at 610-804-
0908 or e-mail him at diepdione@gmail to make an appointment.
Sacrament of Marriage - Please call Father Trinh at least six months before your wedding to begin preparations.
Sacrament of the Sick - Please call the Rectory at anytime for emergencies. The homebound are visited regularly by Father Trinh
and the Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion. If you or a family member is hospitalized and would like a visit, please call
the Rectory. Please call the Rectory, also, if you would like to be anointed before you are hospitalized.
Letters of Eligibility - Prior to your being a godparent at Baptism or a sponsor at Confirmation, you must receive a Letter of Eligi-
bility from Divine Mercy Parish. You must be a registered parishioner who is at least 16 years of age, who has already received Con-
firmation, who comes to Mass on Sundays and Holydays, and, if married, is married in the Church. Please call the Rectory to ar-
range to meet with Father Trinh when you need a Letter of Eligibility.
BREAD AND WINE
There is a custom in many parishes that
one may donate the cost of the Bread
and Wine for their intentions. The sug-
gested donation is $20.00 per week.

prayers and readings in both Vietnamese and Eng-
lish. The 8:00 PM masses on Monday, Wednes-

HOW TO GET A CURRENT BAPTISMAL
CERTIFICATE OR MARRIAGE CERTIFI-
CATE?
If you would like to get a current baptismal certifi-
cate or a current marriage certificate, please pro-
vide us the following information.;
1. An Original Copy of your Baptismal Certifi-
cate or Marriage Certificate. If you don't have this
information, for Baptismal Certificate, please tell
us what particular Church where you were bap-
tized, since Divine Mercy Parish is the merge of
Saint Clement Church, Saint Raphael Church, St.
Vincent Church, Saint Irenaeus Church and Good
Shepherd Church. Also provide us your date of
birth, the date of your baptism, your full name,
your father’s name , your mother’s maiden name
and your god-parents’ name. For Marriage Certif-
icate, please tell us what particular Church where
you were married, the date of your marriage, your
full name, your parents' full names, your spouse's
maiden name and your spouse's parents' full
names.
2. Then mail the information to DIVINE MER-
CY RECTORY: 6667 Chester Ave. Philadel-
phia, PA 19142 along with a stamped self-
addressed return envelope and $10 Fee. Please
mail to this address only. If you mail to other
churches, we will not receive your mail.
BIBLE SUMMER CAMP
(July 29-August 3, 2024)

SHOP RITE RECEIPTS
Brown Shop Rite at Island Ave. and nine other
locations give one half of 1% of your receipts to
the parish. So when you go to Shop Rite, please
save your receipts and give them to us. You may
put them in the box in the vestibule of St.Irenaeus
or inside the main church near the coin container.
LOOSE COINS FOR THE PARISH
Please save your coin and put them in the contain-
ers when you go to the church.

REGISTRATION
Many of our parishioners do not register in the par-
ish. They put their collection either without enve-
lope or with envelope but without address when
they go to the church. We cannot credit them for tax
purpose at the end of the year.
There are REGISTRATION FORMS ON THE TA-
BLES IN THE VESTIBULE. Please fill out the
registration forms completely. Do not forget to give
your PHONE NUMBER so we can call you if we
need more information.
After that leave it in that REGISTRATION BOX.

2024 HALL RENTAL
Starting January 1, 2024 the rental fee for Divine
Mercy Hall at 7200 Grovers Avenue will be
$2,250.00, and $110 for insurance. There is a re-
fundable $250.00 security deposit. The increase
will paid for the two new air conditioning units
and the remodeled kitchen. The kitchen has a new
ceramic tile floor, new lighting and stove and ov-
ens. There is a larger stage and new lighting in the
restrooms and they have been painted. To book
