1st ICHP-PH 2024 POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
All poster presentations at The 1st ICHP-PH 2024 must follow these rules.
1. Language : Poster must be written and presented in academic British English or
American English.
2. Dimensions & Orientation : Please prepare the poster as X banner with dimensions of
60 cm width x 160 cm height, orientation portrait, single page.
3. Content : Focus on key details from each section: Title, Authors & Affiliations,
Background, Objectives, Methodology, Findings, Conclusions, and References.
4. Layout of Title & Author Information : Please put the title, the names of authors, and
affiliations at the top of the poster. It's preferable to use no more than two different font
types.
5. Layout of Logo : The ICHPPH logo should be put in the top left corner of the poster.
And The Unhas logo should be put in the top right corner of the poster (see the poster
format).
6. Font : Use a maximum of two complementary fonts for clarity.
7. Spacing : Ensure ample space between sentences, paragraphs, and visuals.
8. Color Scheme : Choose appropriate and contrasting colors for fonts, backgrounds, and
graphics.
9. Typography : Prioritize clear, simple fonts. Bolding can be used effectively for titles.
10. Visuals of Figures, Tables, and Photos : Each visual should present a single, clear idea
and utilize straightforward numbering. Ensure charts and graphs effectively communicate
their intended message. Display figures, texts, graphs, and charts in high resolution (min
300 dpi).
11. Text & Image Readability : The text and images should be clearly legible from a
maximum distance of one meter.
12. Poster Presentation : Poster presenters are required to deliver a concise 3-5 minute talk
summarizing their research.
Note:
It should be noted that all poster materials must be prepared in advance and brought to the
conference by the presenter. The conference organizers will not provide facilities for printing or
creating posters on-site. The printed poster must be put in the poster area since H-1 conference
from the 8th of October 2024 no later than 10.00 AM Central Indonesia Time until October 10th
at 04.00 PM Central Indonesia Time.
