INGREDIENTS
• 2 slices bread
• 1 avocado
• Juice of ½ lime
• Cream cheese
• Red bell pepper
• Food coloring —
Red, Orange, Blue, Purple and Black
PREPARATION
1. Toast 2 slices of bread.
2. Halve 1 avocado and remove pit.
3. Sprinkle avocado with lime juice and mash with a fork.
Process until smooth.
4. Create a circle of crushed avocado in the center of the toast.
5. Place the whipped cream cheese in a small bowl and add the food
coloring in the color of your favourite turtle. Mix until completely
combined.
6. Create the turtle’s mask by drawing a wide band of coloured cream
cheese or using a bell pepper at the top of the circle.
7. Create eyes with cream cheese and use gel black food coloring to
make the pupils of the turtle’s eyes.
8. Cut a piece of red bell pepper to make the mouth.
