Searching the Program: Best Practices
● Search on *panel* keywords that appear in the title or abstract for
the session as a whole, or on Presenter first or last names
○ Individual presentation titles / keywords are not available to the
search function.
● To return results, the text you search must be an exact match to the
relevant program information
○ For example, searching for “John Smith” will not pull up “John B.
Smith” or visa versa
○ For this reason, shorter search queries (ie. “Smith” instead of
“John Smith”) are usually more successful

submitted it.

will receive a link via email
shortly to edit your text and
add a poster or other
materials to your
presentation

File Upload Specifications: Posters
● Image file (.jpg, .png, .gif) or PDF
○ Note: If you upload a PDF with multiple pages, the first page only will be
converted into an image.
● Max size: 100 Mb
● Participants can zoom in/out of the poster
● The landscape format is ideal, but the portrait format will work as well
● There are no specific dimensions
○ As a matter of comparison, something like 16 x 9 ratio would work.
