Eniola, a villager, who informs her that many townsfolk have
gathered in the castle to see Queen Elsa about a dire issue:
their crops and animals are mysteriously rotting and dying.
As Anna moves through the crowd, she realizes the extent of
the problem—every villager holds rotten food, symbols of a
blight affecting their livelihood. The scene shifts to the Great
Hall, increasingly filled with anxious villagers demanding
answers from Elsa. Some express doubts about her ability to
help, and amid rising tensions, Elsa reveals she will postpone
her planned grand tour to address this crisis.
Anna fiercely defends Elsa, proclaiming her sister’s
capability to find a solution. However, Elsa remains calm and
promises to share the castle's food with the villagers to
ensure they don’t go hungry. The murmurs of the crowd
begin to shift from fear to agreement, showing a glimmer of
hope.
Later, after the villagers exit, Elsa expresses her frustration
and anxiety about the dire situation, and the discussion turns
to Kristoff, who is unaccounted for. Anna insists on using the
magical book she found as a potential resource for a solution,
but Elsa is cautious, doubtful of depending on magic.
Just then, Gerda interrupts to remind Elsa of her
responsibilities as queen, pushing them to the reality of
writing letters to dignitaries about the grand tour
