Partnership Agreement

WHEREAS, the Partner desires to collaborate with EAES to promote shared objectives and

enhance visibility and influence prior to and during the summit.

THEREFORE , in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the parties

agree as follows:

EAES agrees to provide the Partner with the following benefits:

1.3 Onsite Exposure: If the Partner recruits more than 10 attendees by 31 January, 2025, their

logo will be showcased at the Davos Congress Center.

1.4 On-Site Presence: If the Partner recruits more than 30 attendees by 31 January, 2025, they will

have the opportunity to host a workshop at the conference. The Partner will also have priority to

reserve workshop space at CHF 100,000. Workshop topic will need to be discussed and decided

together with the Organizer.

1.5 Status Upgrade: Should the Partner recruit over 60 attendees by 28 February, 2025, they may

qualify for co-organizer status, limited to a maximum of two co-organizers.

1.6 Content Collaboration: EAES and the Partner will collaborate on content creation and

dissemination.

3.1 This Agreement shall commence on the date first written above and shall continue until the

conclusion of the EAES event on May 28, 2025, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this

Section 3. If agreed upon by both parties, the partnership agreement can also be extended for the

next iteration of the Europe-Asia Economic Summit.

3.2 Either party may terminate this Agreement for any reason with thirty (30) days' written notice to

the other party.

5.1 Ownership: All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and

copyrighted materials, provided by one party to the other under this Agreement shall remain the

property of the providing party.

5.2 License: Each party grants to the other a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free

license to use its intellectual property solely for the purpose of fulfilling its obligations under this

Agreement.

5.3 Use of Intellectual Property:
