Learn about the USA Mission Experience
Highlights from the 2023 U.S.A. Mission
Experience (USAME) to the U.S.A.–Mexico
border are available in the November/De-
cember 2023 issue of Horizons. See page 12
to learn more! If you are planning to invite
one or more of the USAME participants to
share her experience on the Experience,
then plan to ofer a copy (or five!) of
Horizons for the audience. Save 50% on item HZN23250 with
coupon code PWUSAME23.
Special note: “Standing on the Shoulders of
Empowered Women” was the theme of the 2019
USAME to the Finger Lakes Region of New York.
This region with its unique geography and
unique peoples was the birthplace of seismic
social reform (including women’s sufrage
and abolition) and new religious movements
and inspired fiery religious fervor. In the
November/December 2019 Horizons (focused on
the 2019 USAME) Lois Carter writes, “The Finger Lakes area has
been and continues to be a meeting point and turning point for
many people.” Covid-19 put a stop to many plans, including some
plans to invite a PW participant from this Experience to share
about what she learned. If you would like to learn more about the
2019 USAME (or extend an invitation to a participant), save 50%
on the November/December 2019 Horizons (item HZN19250) with
coupon code PWUSAME19.
